Happy New Year! S1Digital has grown! We're now too large for our New York space (and rents are not cheap!) so we moved to a larger space in New Jersey. Unfortunately, it also means that we closed our NY showroom. We're considering plans to re-open a showroom in New Jersey, but have no details at this time. Stay tuned for updates.

With two Digital Cable Tuners, you can watch and record two channels at the same time!

The January 2006 issue of MaximumPC gives the Media Center Platinum HDTV Edition an 8/10 and says
"Equipped with just about every media device you can think of." ... The "CPU heatsink/fan produces almost no noise at all..." and "...the stock machine comes with just about everything you could want in a media center PC..."

The S1Digital Media Center Platinum HDTV Edition now has the option of using DUAL HDTV tuners to enable you to record/watch two OTA High Definition TV shows at the same time. That's in addition to being able to record/watch 2 Standard Def channels also. So now, you can record up to 4 channels (2 HD, 2 SD) simultaneously!

And if you have Media Center Extenders, that means two Extenders can be watching two different live SD channels while you're watching a HD channel live and recording another HD channel. And wait until the XBOX 360 comes out and you'll be able to watch live HDTV in another room too!

S1Digital Media Centers now offer up to 1TB of storage. We've added an option of including 500GB drives (Hitachi 7K500 SATA II drives with NCQ). You can put two of them in the Media Center for up to 1TB of internal storage. Not only are these drives fast, but they're really quiet too. That should keep you occupied for a while...
